Privacy Policy

What we collect

Display name, email address, home branch selection, mood tags, effect tags, optional notes and photos you choose to log.

What we don't collect

Purchase history, payment information, real name, phone number, location data.

Who can see your logs

Private logs are visible only to you. Public logs show your display name and experience tags to other registered users of the same shop community. No logs are ever shared outside the shop community.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties. Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your Account dashboard. Go to Account, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.

Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period during which you can log back in to cancel.

Community data

Community experiences you have shared publicly will remain visible after account deletion. Your display name will be replaced with “StrainLogMember” and no personally identifiable information will remain attached to those logs.

Your private journal entries and personal logs will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.

Data retention

We retain anonymised community contributions indefinitely as they form part of the shared community knowledge of the platform. All personal data is removed within 30 days of account deletion.
